Within our agile software development approach, a project is divided into “sprints”, typically a 2 to 4 week period, after which working and tested software is delivered. During a project, a daily scrum ensures that the development team can deliver the sprint goal as planned. It keeps the team focused on the challenges at hand.

More and more customers are adopting an agile approach to Software Development. Several Team Foundation Server (TFS) add-ins to support the scrum methodology can be installed when using TFS in an Agile Development environment.
